By joining our group sessions, you can learn all the basic
boxing techniques in a group setting through a circuit of
different drills and exercises, providing a balanced workout
for the whole body. These drills are excellent physical
training to tone muscles and body shape, burn fat, build-up
self-confidence, and relieve stress and aggression.
You can also meet other members and find good sparring partners
to test your skill in our professional size-boxing ring.
