There is nothing like DEF in Hong Kong. Sorry, we don’t have a spa to pamper your delicate skin and pores. We don't have a swimming pool to cool your body off during your work out. We don’t have hot aerobics trainers to hip-hop and body pump with you.

What we have here, is an exclusive, professional boxing fitness center with a high-energy environment. We proud ourselves in having a state-of-the-art 20x20 feet boxing ring for sparring and training by professional boxing instructors. We have professional boxing gear and training equipment such as speed bags, light/heavy bags, double-end bags, Olympic basch, free weights and cable machines. Be it that your goal is conditioning, weight losing, body building, stress relieving, boxing or strength training; DEF's got it for you.

On the side note, we do provide fully equipped shower and changing facilities, a refreshing resting area with an unobstructed panoramic view of Central as well as a convenient location that offers proximity to the office, home, dining and nightlife...or wherever your next 'stop' demands you to be.
