This
is a unique training program developed by our DEF Boxing instructors
for our individual members to train either on their own or
under supervision.
The
program consists a structured 18 round workout, each round
is 2-3 minutes exercise with 30
seconds rest interval. The various exercises include shadow
boxing, bag punching, machine training,
mat work, rope-skipping, etc. A coach will be assigned to
tailor-make a unique training program according
to the members needs,
e.g.
weight loss, general fitness.
Our coaches will closely monitor your progress and revise
the program accordingly. Your performance will be recorded
each time, so that your improvements can be tracked. It is
a well-structured and scientific way of training to improve
your overall fitness, boxing skills, posture, and footwork,
punching rhythm and body coordination.
